At OnlyJams, every order is made just for you — fresh off the virtual shelf and jam-packed with flavor.

⏱️ When will I get my order?

All orders are made-to-order. That means:

• Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days

• After that, shipping times are:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.

🌍 Where does it ship from?

We partner with a global print-on-demand provider, so your order may ship from the facility closest to you — whether that’s in the U.S., Europe, or elsewhere.

🛃 International orders

If you're ordering from outside the U.S., your shipment may incur customs fees, depending on your country's regulations. These fees are your responsibility and vary by order value, destination, and local laws.

📭 Missing your order?

If your order seems delayed, please:

• Double-check the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email

• Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package

• Check with neighbors — sometimes packages make surprise pit stops

If none of those turn up your order, contact us with your order number and we’ll get it sorted.

If the address provided was incorrect, we can ship a replacement — but the new order will be at your expense.
