At OnlyJams, we’re all about spreading good vibes — but if something went wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.
✅ What We Accept
We only accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. If your order arrived in less-than-jam-packed condition, please contact us before sending anything back.

Claims for misprints, damage, or defects must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.

If your package was lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.
🚫 What We Don’t Accept
We don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size or buyer’s remorse

Items returned without contacting us first

Sealed items like face masks (for hygiene reasons)

Orders with incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer
📦 Important Notes

All returns are sent to our print-on-demand partner’s facility.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If a shipment is returned due to a wrong address or being unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
